Added a section describing best practices for using Revolut as a payment method
in the '02-payment-methods.md' document. The new section emphasizes the
importance of using `@revtag` to ensure proof of payments and avoid potential
disputes.

Amazon no longer accepts payment by gift card to buy gift cards. Added a potential alternative instead but there are more privacy concerns when buying from a user's wishlist, and vice versa. Addresses are typically censored but Amazon defaults to sending a note inside the package with the buyer's name, for example.
Purse.io does something similar, might want to look into their FAQ for inspiration.
add e-Transfer
There seems to be some misconceptions of how e-Transfers work in Canada: specifically that e-Transfers may be initiated either by the sender or the receiver.
This addition is meant to add clarification for what e-Transfers are and how they work.
